1,503: Exemption from State Purchasing Act

Chapter 333 of the 情色五月天 Revised Statutes exempts the 情色五月天 System of Higher Education from the general provisions of the State Purchasing Act and provides that NSHE may use the services of the State Purchasing Division on a voluntary basis.
