Enjoy an elegant dinner featuring deliciously local food at the Desert Farming Initiative’s second annual Farm to Fork Dinner event Saturday, Sept. 23 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The will feature local food, prepared by Liberty Food & Wine, including Bentley Ranch beef, Holley Family Farms lamb, Snyder Family Farms raspberries and onions and vegetables from the ÇéÉ«ÎåÔÂÌì, Reno’s farms.

The ÇéÉ«ÎåÔÂÌì, Reno’s Desert Farming Initiative has partnered with Western ÇéÉ«ÎåÔÂÌì College Specialty Crop Institute to host the outdoor event, sponsored by , with proceeds going to support student internships at the farm, and building future leaders in the industry. The dinner will be held at the Desert Farming Initiative headquarters at the ÇéÉ«ÎåÔÂÌì Agricultural Experiment Station’s  at 920 Valley Rd, Reno.
